SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Business Development to join our team. This role will focus on supporting sales, conducting outreach to identify and engage potential new clients, and building a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong grasp of the automotive industry as a preferred asset.

What you’ll do

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with all sales-related activities, including market research, lead generation, and preparation of sales materials.
  • Client Outreach: Actively identify and approach new clients in target markets, driving the expansion of the client base.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and grow a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets, tracking key metrics to ensure ongoing opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the automotive industry, sharing insights with the sales team to guide strategy.
  • Reporting: Regularly update the sales manager on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the pipeline.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or related roles, with proven experience in lead generation and pipeline building.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong interest in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and suggest tailored solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and pipeline management tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends and potential markets in the automotive field
