We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated LLM (Large Language Model) Engineer/Scientist to join our Machine Learning Booster product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our research and development efforts in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.

• Develop and implement state–of–the–art LLM models for various NLP tasks, such as text generation, language understanding, and dialogue systems.
• Conduct research to advance the capabilities and performance of LLMs, including exploring novel architectures, optimization techniques, and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross–functional teams to integrate LLM models into our Machine Learning Booster product and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Evaluate model performance, analyze results, and iterate on model designs to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay up–to–date with the latest advancements in LLM research and contribute insights to drive innovation within the team

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.
• Deep understanding of language models, such as BERT, GPT, or other Transformer–based models, and high proficiency in at least one of the relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Jax, CUDA, OpenAI Triton, …).
• Solid understanding of model training, optimization, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience in deploying LLMs in practical applications is a big plus.
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with software development best practices.
• Proven track record of conducting research and delivering impactful results in machine learning or NLP.
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast–paced, collaborative environment.
