We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to help develop advanced automotive embedded systems, with a focus on AUTOSAR solutions and architectures. In this role, you will be responsible for planning projects, which includes creating teams, determining schedules, managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders until each project is successfully completed.

• Identify key milestones such as project scope, timeline, and budget estimates.
• Collaborate and communicate extensively with leadership and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain processes for managing changes in the project.
• Utilize project management software to monitor tasks and schedules.
• Ensure teams are collaborating effectively while staying motivated and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration (or MBA) or Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience with knowledge of embedded software development processes in the automotive industry.
• Professional experience in Automotive Software Performance Improvement and Capability Determination (ASPICE).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, preferably using the V-Model.
• Solid experience in effort estimation and project planning.
• Proficient in MS Project Planning, DOORS, configuration management, and lifecycle management tools such as Jira and PTC Integrity.
• Good knowledge on automotive standards (ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ASIL etc).
• Excellent skills in English communication (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with ISO26262 Functional Safety concepts and an ASPICE-compliant development environment (ASIL-C or ASIL-D) are preferred.
